Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and schedules can change. To respect both my time and the needs of other clients, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. If the appointment is rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment date, the $20 fee will be applied toward your next service. Same-day rescheduling that is moved beyond 7 days from the original appointment date will be treated as a late cancellation and charged 50% of the service cost. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. Any unpaid fees (cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show) must be settled before booking future appointments.
